What we collect
- Contact and enquiry information you provide, including your name, work email, company, optional phone number and information included in your request.
- Technical data. Standard server logs and basic, aggregate usage information collected by our hosting provider to keep the site running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries, administer early access, and communicate about Answer1 and platform availability.
- To operate and secure the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. Marketing emails always include a working way to opt out.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use your details for anything unrelated to Answer1.
Storage and service providers
We use third-party providers to operate the website, communications and related infrastructure, which may store data outside Australia (including in the United States). We disclose personal information to service providers only where reasonably required for those purposes, or where required or permitted by law.
Retention
We keep early-access requests while the programme runs, and delete or de-identify personal information when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can contact us to request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, request removal from the early-access list, request deletion where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern. Contact us through the Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
