These terms cover buying and using an Answer1 AI visibility report. Buying a report means you agree to them.
What you are buying
An AI visibility report is a one-off digital measurement, generated fresh for you at the time of purchase. We query public AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) with real buyer questions in the areas you choose, and report who they name, how you rank among them, the sources they cite, and suggested actions.
The yearly plan, where offered, is four reports purchased up front: the first after your questionnaire, then approximately three, six and nine months after purchase. Each quarter is a fresh measurement using the coverage and report inputs saved on the order. Contact us before the next run if material details such as your roster or positioning have changed.
What the report is, and is not
- It is an independent, point-in-time measurement of what public AI tools say. AI answers change constantly; a later run can and often will differ.
- It is not a guarantee of rankings, leads or sales, and not advice tailored to your financial situation.
- Competitor names in a report come from the AI answers themselves. We do not verify, endorse or rank any third party ourselves.
Disclosed interest and independence
A person involved in Answer1 holds a personal shareholding in RateMyAgent. We disclose that interest for transparency. RateMyAgent does not sponsor, endorse, control or receive paid-report data from Answer1.
RateMyAgent may appear in a report only when a public AI assistant cites it, just as any other public source may appear. Paid-report results are generated from fresh AI answers and are not adjusted to favour RateMyAgent or any other source.
Your inputs
You confirm the identity, areas and roster names you supply are yours to submit (your own identity or your own office's). Reports generated from inaccurate inputs are still considered delivered.
For yearly plans, the original inputs are reused for later quarterly measurements unless we confirm an update with you. Keeping the same inputs makes quarters comparable; you are responsible for telling us when material business details change.
Delivery and refunds
Reports are delivered by a private link sent to the email you provide, normally within the hour. Because each report is generated fresh and costs are incurred at generation, purchases are not refundable once your report has been generated, except where consumer law says otherwise. If we fail to deliver your report at all, we will fix it or refund you: nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Access
Your report link is private to you. Keep it to yourself; anyone with the link can read your reports. We may re-issue links on request to the purchase email.
Fair use
Do not scrape, resell or republish reports as your own product, and do not use the service to generate reports about businesses you have no legitimate connection to.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising out of a report is capped at the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for decisions third-party AI systems make about anyone.
